Joey Liew hails from southern California and has been working in film and television since 2002, assisting Academy award nominated filmmaker Scott Hamilton Kennedy in the documentary OT:our town. From then he worked as a freelance editor and camera op for broadcast television for various networks including TLC and PBS. He received a Los Angeles Local Emmy Nomination for editing the Live at the Ford (2006) music performance series.
Since transplanting from Los Angeles to New Mexico, Joey has worked on multiple television series and features including In Plain Sight, Scoundrels, Last Stand, the Untitled Allan Loeb Project and multiple seasons of Breaking Bad, where he was an assistant to Executive Producers. In addition, Joey has made multiple short films and music videos, recently forming Look>FWD films with producer Dionne Lotivio. << BACK TO "CREW" |
